Our growing Division offers Neonatologists at all levels opportunities for growth, development and mentorship. Evidence based medicine and Quality Care are hallmarks of the Division, backed up by data from VON and CHNC. The Division has NIH sponsored clinical and bench research. Our team is collegial and growth oriented, and our “open door” culture of respect benefits clinicians, educators and researchers.
Our level IV NICU will be expanded in the coming years, and at target the Division will be over 30 Neonatologists plus 40 NNP’s. Our well-resourced Academic Children’s Hospital offers the full complement of Pediatric Subspecialists. The Division has a large fellowship program will be growing to nine fellows, and there is a nationally respected pediatric residency. Our health system and the medical school has benefitted from significant local investment in innovation and technology. Compensation is above the norm and the benefits are excellent.
