We're a small, single unit, neonatology group. Our NICU ADC is 12. We do home calls, mostly at one week intervals. We are staffed by 2.5 neonatologists (Two full time and one part time). One of the full-time neonatologists is going soon for extended leave of absence for family reasons. As a result we have at least 5 weeks gap that are uncovered in the year 2023.
