Seeking a clinical Neonatologist for 22 bed Level 3 NICU in coastal Southern California. Primary duties include patient care as well as participation in resident education, staff education and quality improvement activities. We utilize volume and pressure ventilation, oscillator ventilation, bubble CPAP and high flow nasal cannula, iNO and therapeutic hypothermia. We provide onsite surgery for most surgical needs. A wide breadth of pediatric subspecialty support is available including neurology, endocrinology, infectious disease, hematology, pulmonology, cardiology, rheumatology, adolescent medicine. Attractive schedule, compensation and benefits. Home call, has to live within 20 minutes of the NICU.
