Pediatrix’s Coastal Neonatology Practice is seeking BC/BE Neonatologists to join our team at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital (Long Beach Memorial), in Long Beach, CA.
MCWH is our Regional Level IV NICU with an average daily census of 60 and approximately 1,400 patient admits per year. In addition to our affiliated Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians (+ fellowship program), there are Ob Hospitalists and full on-site pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty support including a pediatric cardiovascular program. Services offered include maternal and neonatal transport , whole body cooling, iNO, Palliative Care Program, Telemedicine and a Small Baby Unit.
Our NICU is part of a combined Residency and Fellowship program with the University of California Irvine and Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
Active participation in our robust CQI program is a must.
Base compensation is $240,000 - $375,000 with bonus potential.
