Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced and highly motivated BC Neonatologist to serve as NICU Medical Director at Miller Children's Hospital (MCH) in Long Beach, CA.
MCH is Regional Level IV NICU with an average daily census of 55.
Hybrid private/academic practice with residency and fellowship training programs (University of California Irvine and Children’s Hospital of Orange County).
Services offered include maternal and neonatal transport, whole body cooling, iNO, Palliative Care Program, Telemedicine and a Small Baby Unit.
Active CQI programs.
Renowned affiliated Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians (+fellowship program), Ob Hospitalists and full on-site pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty support including a pediatric cardiovascular program.
Opportunity for UCI academic appointment.

Base compensation is $240,000 - $375,000 with bonus potential
