Salary Range: $280,000 - $310,000 Per Year

We are looking for a Neonatologist with outstanding analytical and decision-making abilities to deliver critical clinical care to high-risk neonates and newborns, ensuring they receive the necessary nutrition and treatment for growth and healing.
In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess and treat newborns with various medical problems, as well as:
Provide high-quality, comprehensive direct care to NICU-Pediatric patients
Participate in night, weekend, and on-call duties; a willingness to work long hours
Coordinate nursing activities before and after rounds for better patient care
Perform various medical procedures to ensure the health and growth of the infant
Teach and supervise residents, medical students and NNPs
Continuously seek new ways to improve processes and outcomes
Neonatologist Requirements:
Accredited medical school graduate and board-certified in Pediatrics
Board-certified/eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Current license to practice medicine in New York State
Desire to work in a high-volume NICU and maintain medical staff privileges
Familiar with competency-based residency training curriculum
Credentialed or eligible for the NY Medicaid program and managed care organizations
