This position requires someone with strong clinical, operational, and leadership skills to join our group of neonatologists, Neonatal-Perinatal fellows, advanced practice neonatal care providers, and a large multidisciplinary team of NICU care professionals. Our care model includes in-house clinical responsibility in a high acuity (level III) setting. The neonatologist will serve as supervising physician in the Neonatal Fellowship and Pediatric residency training program and will be expected to conduct scholarly activities leading towards peer-reviewed publication. The successful candidate will participate in academic and quality improvement activities and actively participate in Neonatal Service Line initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and Neonatal-Perinatal Board Eligibility or Certification. They must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York.
