Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing practice at UT Health in Tyler, Texas. Become part of a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.

Level III, 18-bed NICU
Affiliated with the UT System and UT Southwestern
On-campus residency program
Approximately 140 deliveries per month
Collaborative 2-physician care model
In-house NNP coverage
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
Collaborate with neonatologists, residents, and multidisciplinary team members
Participate in high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation
Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and progress
Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
Ideal Candidate
Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program
Board-Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
Strong clinical expertise in Level III NICU care
Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
