108 beds with average of 10,000 deliveries per year
Small Baby Unit, caring for babies as young as 22 weeks gestational age
Active neonatal transport program
High frequency ventilation, iNO, therapeutic hypothermia
Access to all pediatric subspecialties and ECMO
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong clinical abilities (including robust delivery room experience)

. In accordance with Virginia pay transparency requirements, the expected annual compensation for this position starts at $250,000 (new graduate), with higher compensation based on experience. Final compensation will consider experience, qualifications, and the terms of employment arrangement. Additional compensation may include productivity incentives and performance-based bonuses.
